House Of fish ball

This post is somehow related to the previous review.

After RE:LAX-ing at RE:LAX, you may proceed to this restaurant, which is a stone’s throw away from the Empire Shopping Gallery!

The Tang House Of Fish Ball.

Yes. Almost everything or I can say everything sold here has fish in it.

So, what’s famous here?!

Famous = Must try if you visit.

1) Homemade Fish Ball Noodles.

P1160491

Simple and tasty. :) RM 5 for this.

It is very obvious this noodles are made up of 3 main ingredients:

a) The special homemade noodles.

b) “Zu Yok Sui” (In Cantonese) :) Shredded pork

c) Fish balls (BALLS?! :P)

Even though it is a dry noodle, they did not use the black soy sauce in the noodles. However, they used some other white sauce which I thought was more healthy and tasty.

Conclusion: The noodles were non-sticky, the shredded pork blended perfectly with the noodles and the fish balls are the bomb. :)

Ooops..I almost forgot. The noodles will not be perfect without the special chilli sauce below. :P

The official scale for this Homemade Dry Fish Ball Noodles:

2) The fishcakes/fish rolls/fish wan tans!

P1160492

On the left: Fish Cakes (RM0.80per) On the right: Fish wan tans (RM0.80per)

P1160496

Fish rolls (RM 1.20 per)

I love the fish wan tans the most because the fish meat inside are so compact! :)

As you guys know I’m a fish lover/ I <3 Fish, that is why I love this restaurant so much! Everything's’ fish!

Once more, these fried stuffs aren’t perfect without that very special homemade chilli sauce!

:)

Ratings:

Overall, this restaurant has a large variety of types of noodles (eg: Curry noodles, Hor Fun, etc) which you may choose according to your taste buds. But, 1 thing is for sure, they all contain fish balls/cakes/meats.

^^

Another reason why I love this restaurant so much,
